My name is Dawn I love being a Senior Activity Coordinator
because it allows me to make a tangible difference in the lives of older adults by creating meaningful experiences that promote their well-being and happiness.

There's something incredibly rewarding about designing activities that engage both the mind and body, helping individuals maintain their
independence, build connections with others, and have fun.
Every day presents a new challenge, from tailoring programs to individual preferences to seeing participants' faces light up during an event or activity.

The relationships I build With the seniors, their families, and the team I work with make this role even more fulfilling. It's a privilege to help create an environment where people feel valued, supported, and empowered, and knowing that I'm contributing to a positive and enriching community atmosphere makes all the hard work worth it.
I am always support by management , however crazy my ideas may be.
Holding regular residents meeting a month means we are doing the activities residents want to do.
